Deka Lash is a beauty company on a mission to help clients uncover the most confident and empowered version of themselves through customized lash and brow services, high-end products, and an elevated experience every time they walk through the doors.
Challenge
Shortly after becoming a franchisee and given my proven creative direction experience, the franchisor selected me to help fulfill their marketing and creative department needs. This included developing marketing materials, packaging redesigns, and a significant rebranding. I was also chosen to be part of the Franchise Marketing Committee, which drove marketing initiatives for the brand. In addition, I developed my own marketing materials to help drive sales for my franchise location.
Solution
I worked quickly and diligently with the in-house marketing teams to develop and support the new CMO and bring a visual to her new marketing strategy, which supported all franchisees internationally in their local marketing efforts as well as the overall brand standards. I also helped move a new branding and packaging effort forward with a new cohesive look for the company’s high-end beauty products. I also developed internal presentation visuals and helped give the annual franchise tradeshow style and personality. While working with corporate on the branding materials, I was able to also design and develop my own materials to drive local traffic, including local promotions and redesigning promotional materials to communicate essential sales information to clients.
